2. Description of Service

StreamerMap.Live provides interactive map overlays for live streamers, displaying approximate geographic locations of viewers who voluntarily participate by typing a chat command. The Service is currently offered on an invite-only basis.

3. User Data & Privacy

• Voluntary participation: Viewer locations are only collected when a user explicitly types the !map command with a location in chat. No data is collected without user action.
• Approximate locations: Locations are geocoded to a general area (city-level). No precise addresses or GPS coordinates are stored.
• Session data: Map pin data is ephemeral and associated with a live stream session. Data is not retained indefinitely.
• No personal information: The Service stores only Twitch usernames, approximate locations, and display metadata. No emails, IP addresses, or personal identifiers are collected from viewers.

StreamerMap, StreamerMap.Live, and the StreamerMap.Live logo are trademarks of StreamerMap.Live. All rights reserved. You may not use these marks without prior written permission, except as necessary to accurately refer to the Service.

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. “Twitch” is a trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC. Use of these names is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
